Supernumerary kidney

Images show two well formed, fused kidneys at the left side of the abdomen. The upper kidney is smaller, but it's shape and cortex are normal. A simple cyst is observed.
Right side kidney is almost normal presenting only a small calcification.
Case Discussion
Rare congenital anomaly. Patients are usually asymptomatic. Supernumerary kidneys are usually found at the left side of the abdomen.
