Hx of Hodgkin's lymphoma IIB. Diagnosed with ulcerative esophagitis. CT + steroids. Worsening retrosternal chest pain, febrile, and septic. ? mediastinitis.

CR - widened superior mediastinum.
Axial: Superoanterior mediastinal mass lesion. DDx: Lymphoma, thyoid (retrosternal extension - however thyroid is noted seperate), teratoma, germ cell testicular tumor, thymoma.
Coronal: Shows matted appearance of multiple lymph nodes in superior mediastinum and subcarinal. Typical appearance of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
