Diffuse metastases throughout the bony skeleton.
No evidence of radio-isotope excretion in the kidneys - a superscan.
Case Discussion
With advanced bony metastatic disease the uptake of radio-isotope is so profound the usual appearance of the kidneys from excreted isotope is not evident.
