Painful jaw ?periapical abscess.

Multiple dental restorations. Extensive caries, most severe at 45 with destruction of the crown. Accessory tooth (29), which appears erupted.

Case Discussion

This supernumerary tooth has an appearance similar to the adjacent teeth, making it a supplemental tooth.
