Supracerebellar arachnoid cyst

A 20 x 25 x 30 mm fluid equivalent signal cystic lesion following CSF signal is seen in the supracerebellar region.
Mild mass effect is seen as evidenced by mild compression upon the vermis as well as the pineal gland.
No significant compression of the tectum is noted.
No hydrocephalus is seen.

This case demonstrates the typical appearance of a supracerebellar arachnoid cyst with mild compression upon the cerebellar vermis.
