Presentation

Elbow pain after falling on an outstretched arm. Localized swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

The frontal projection shows a deformity at the distal humerus, and the lateral projection shows a supracondylar fracture with dorsal angulation of the distal fragment.

Obliterated posterior and anterior fat planes.
