Undisplaced supracondylar fracture.
Both fat pads are raised in keeping with an accompanying joint effusion.
Case Discussion
A common pediatric fracture with a good illustration of the fat pads.
Also a good example of the value of orthogonal views, with the fracture not readily evident on the AP projection.
