Supracondylar fracture is seen on lateral radiograph with mild posterior displacement. The anterior humeral line doesn't intersect with the capitellum. Joint effusion is noted with positive posterior fat pad sign.
Case Discussion
This is considered type IIa supracondylar fracture as both anterior and posterior cortex are involved with minimal displacement and fracture ends are still in contact.
