An obvious supracondylar fracture with posterior displacement of the distal fracture fragment.
Case Discussion
This is a grade IIIa supracondylar fracture. There is posterior displacement of the distal fracture fragment with loss of the anterior humeral line, but the posterior cortex appears intact.
