5 cm from the elbow joint, on the anteromedial cortex of the humerus shaft, a small bony spur is pointing towards the elbow joint. No fracture, no pathologic sail sign is visible.
Case Discussion
Supracondylar spur is an anatomical variant; its typical location is on the anteromedial cortex of the humerus metadiaphysis, 5 cm proximal from the elbow joint pointing towards the joint.
It can be asymptomatic, or if it is large, it can cause median nerve compression and neuropathy and the brachial artery's compression.
