Presentation

History of muscle wasting in right forearm since 4 years, decreased power in right arm, on clinical examination: swelling in medial side of right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Right elbow

x-ray

Small bony protrusion is seen in the lower humerus (spur).
