Bony spur pointing towards the joint seen on the antero-medial aspect of the distal humerus.

Cassette artefacts seen. 

Case Discussion

The supracondylar spur is clinically relevant because it forms a passage with the humerus and the ligament of Struthers. It may also cause entrapment of median nerve.
