Presentation

Work up for dysphasia.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
ct

Tumoral involvement of the right false vocal cord and aryepiglottic fold with obliteration of right paraglottis space. Calcification of right arytenoid cartilage is noted due to tumoral involvement.

True vocal cords and thyroid cartilage seem normal.

Ring artifact is evident.
