Case Discussion

This patient presented to the outpatient clinic complaining of left supraorbital swelling that appeared about 1 year ago, with a gradual increase in size; however, the patient denied any history of trauma to the area.

CT scan with contrast showed a subcutaneous enhancing soft tissue lesion, and a draining vein was seen entering the lesion on ultrasound; the features are likely suggestive of non-shunting superficial left supraorbital hemangioma.
