No intra or extra-axial haemorrhage. Left middle frontal gyrus small old infarct. No evidence of acute infarcts. The ventricular system and cisternal spaces appear normal. Inferiorly displaced frontal bone fracture involving the lateral roof of the left orbit. Apart from small left periorbital haematoma, no other relevant abnormalities identified within both orbits. Bilateral comminuted nasal bone fractures and associated soft tissue haematoma and emphysema. No other fractures seen.
Supraorbital rim fracture with no signs of injuries to the eye. Bilateral nasal bone fractures.
