Presentation

Headache. Decreased visual acuity.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years old
Gender: Male

Soft tissue fullness at the suprasellar cistern.

A network of abnormal vascular channels at the suprasellar cistern, showing multiple flow voids. The draining vein is through a vascular channel into the internal cerebral vein.

No significant mass effect or associated hemorrhage.

DSA shows the blood supply from both internal carotid arteries.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with a suprasellar cerebral arteriovenous malformation.
