Incidental finding.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a small lobulated mass (10 x 7 x 4 mm), located posterior to the infundibulum. It elicits a homogeneous high signal on T1 and T2, attenuated on T1 fat sat with blooming on eSWAN sequence due to susceptibility artifact.

Normal appearance of the anterior and posterior pituitary gland.
