Patient Data
Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.
A large suprasellar partially fatty mass with no post contrast enhancement, seen compressing the medial part of both temporal lobes and both basal ganglia area, notably on the right side with subsequent narrowing of the right lateral ventricle. Normal sella and pituitary gland.
Locules of fat spread in the subarachnoid space are noted, mainly at the right Sylvian fissure consistent with rupture.
