Presentation

Right shoulder pain a few months after injury.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years

Numerous low signal foci within the mid-posterior supraspinatus footplate with a larger intraosseous low signal focus at the superior aspect of the greater tuberosity with marked adjacent bone marrow oedema extending through the proximal humerus. Small subacromial bursal effusion.
