Numerous low signal foci within the mid-posterior supraspinatus footplate with a larger intraosseous low signal focus at the superior aspect of the greater tuberosity with marked adjacent bone marrow oedema extending through the proximal humerus. Small subacromial bursal effusion.
Case Discussion
This is a case of supraspinatus calcific tendinitis with intraosseous extension with HADD most likely.
