A rounded homogeneous hyperdense structure is noted superior to the greater tuberosity, suggestive of supraspinatus calcific tendinosis.

Calcification in supraspinatus tendon. Rest of the cuff tendons were normal. No cuff tear.
Aspiration of calcium under local anesthesia was done by referring orthopedic surgeon for which USG guidance was provided.

Reduced density of calcification is seen.
