Supratentorial subependymoma

MRI showed a mass in the left lateral ventricle, arising from the left septum pellucidum in the presence of a cavum vergae. There was practically no enhancement after Gadolinium injection. The tumor was surgically removed via a transcallosal approach.
Case Discussion
Histology revealed a subependymoma WHO grade I.
