Presentation

Patient underwent cholecystectomy.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Abnormal lucencies in the lower chest and abdominal wall representing gas/air accumulation within the soft tissues resembling the crumpled paper. Features go with extensive soft tissue/subcutaneous or surgical emphysema.
