Choking after playing with older sister. Unwitnessed.

Gender: Male

Swallowed coin. The trachea is clearly demonstrated on the lateral film and is seen anterior to the coin which is in the oesophagus.

Case Discussion

A large metallic object (a coin) is demonstrated en face on the AP view and seen in the oesophagus on the lateral.
