Swallowed foreign body, her mother unsure of its nature.

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female

Foreign body in the esophagus perforating its right lateral wall.

Right upper lung lobe consolidation.

Upper endoscopy showed a pen inside the mid-esophagus. It looks like it caused pressure necrosis and some penetration on the right lateral wall of the esophagus. It was caught with a foreign body forceps and extracted.
