Swan-Ganz sheath and pacing wires

Post coronary artery graft surgery (CAGS)

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

The Swan-Ganz catheter sheath remains in situ. Sternotomy wires and prosthetic mitral valve are again noted. Temporary pacing wires noted.

There is persisting bilateral consolidation that is largely unchanged in appearance when compared to the chest x-ray performed earlier today. There is a tiny right apical pneumothorax. No large pleural effusions.
