The lobular homogenous extra-axial mass located in the anterior part of the Sylvian fissure contacting with brain surface, showing fat tissue signals

Intracranial lipomas are rare lesions but seldom located in the Sylvian fissure. It can be associated with headaches as well as with a risk of rupture by head trauma.
