Bilateral osseous fusion of the 4th/ 5th metacarpals and the 3rd /4th middle and distal phalanges. Soft-tissue fusion of the 2nd and 3rd fingers. Adduction contractures of both hypoplastic thumbs.

Bilateral syndactyly with osseous fusion of the 4th and 5th metacarpals and the 3rd and 4th middle and distal phalanges. Soft-tissue fusion of the 2nd and 3rd fingers. Adduction contractures of both hypoplastic thumbs which were superposed on these images.
