Pre-axial syndactyly with complete fusion of the soft tissues of the left 2nd and 3rd rays. The 2nd ray has no middle phalanx. The 3rd ray has three phalanges.
The left 5th ray also only has 2 phalanges.
Ossification is slightly delayed on the side with syndactyly and the hand is slightly smaller.
