Syndactyly with extensive tarsal coalition
Syndactyly - 6 metatarsals are present . Has had previous excision of 2nd metatarsal head.
Case Discussion
The patient has Apert syndrome with syndactyly. There are 6 metatarsals with a previous excision of the 2nd metacarpal head. Tarsal coalition is present.
