Presentation

The patient is complaining of pain and swelling in the right knee joint.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Patellofemoral and tibiofemoral osteoarthritis.

Several intra-articular osteochondral bodies of different sizes and shapes are seen.

Soft tissue swelling is noted.

The findings are consistent with secondary synovial chondromatosis
