History of slipped and fall at bathroom last night, the patient fell to the ground hitting his left elbow first, on examination: tenderness, posterior aspect, left elbow and swelling.

Suspected radial head fracture.
Multiple different sizes calcified loose cartilaginous bodies are seen anterior and posterior to the distal humerus and elbow joint.
Moderate to severe degenerative elbow joint changes.
Soft tissue shadows appear swollen.

Synovial chondromatosis was found incidentally, after a history of trauma, the X-ray shows a suspected radial head fracture.
