Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Referred by GP with chronic left elbow pain. No history of trauma. No significant past medical or surgical history.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Multiple rounded partially calcified foci anterior to the distal humerus and elbow joint.

Mild degenerative elbow joint changes. No effusion. No acute fractures.
