Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Shoulder pain after trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Male

Different sized nodules throughout the glenohumeral joint, which appear predominantly as dark signal intensity resulting from calcification.

Abnormal intrasubstance increased signal is present along the course of the supraspinatous and subscapularis tendons related to tendinosis.

Capsular hypertrophy and degenerative changes are seen along with the acromioclavicular joint. Acromoin type II also is noted.

An abnormal increased fluid signal is seen at the musculotendius junction of pectoralis major is related to partial tearing.
