Pain left hip
Patient Data
Synovial thickening and proliferation is seen in the left hip joint with multiple low signal intra-articular loose bodies of variable sizes which are likely calcified/ossified.
The left hip joint space is mildly reduced with subtle subchondral marrow edema involving the anterior column of the acetabulum, and a small subchondral cyst in the medial aspect of left femoral head – likely secondary degenerative changes.
Linear hypointense line with adjacent subtle marrow edema is seen in right superior pubic ramus - possibly representing a stress fracture.

Synovial thickening and proliferation is seen in left hip joint with multiple ossified / calcified intraarticular loose bodies of variable sizes-synovial osteochondromatosis.
