Ossification projected over Kager's fat pad with associated overlying soft tissue swelling.

Incidental os peroneum noted.

Modality: MRI

Osteochondral defect of the talar dome.

Degenerative change of the talonavicular joint.

Case Discussion

Ultrasound-guided biopsy showed low grade spindle cell lesion.
