A well defined ossified loose body is seen in anterior joint space of right tibiofemoral joint.

Case Discussion

Typical appearance of synovial osteochondromatosis, also known as Reichel syndrome, which is a disorder characterized by loose cartilaginous bodies which may, or may not be calcified or ossified.
