Multiple sclerotic foci in the level of the knee joint dorsally, and also in the suprapatellar recess. Osteophytes on the patella with moderate patellofemoral joint narrowing. No sign of acute bony injury.
Case Discussion
Findings are in line with synovial osteochondromatosis.
