Bilateral genu vara.
Advanced osteoarthritis of both tibio-femoral and patello-femoral articulations in form of:
- total obliteration of medial and lateral tibio-femoral as well as patello-femoral joint spaces with subchondral sclerosis
- bulky marginal osteophytosis of articular surfaces
- bilateral calcifications along the synovial lining of knee joints with multiple variable sized ossific bodies
Case Discussion
Secondary synovial chondromatosis due to advanced osteoarthritis of the knee joints.
