Calcified intra-articular loose bodies are seen in the left shoulder joint.
Degenerative changes as slight joint space narrowing, osteophyte formation, and subchondral sclerosis are also evident.
Case Discussion
Secondary synovial chondromatosis is a benign condition characterized by intra-articular loose bodies as a result of trauma, osteoarthritis or neuropathic arthropathy.
