Multiple periarticular loose bodies with primary osteoarthritis of the shoulder.

Case Discussion

Synovial osteochondromatosis arthropathy is a benign process that leads to the formation of loose osteocartilaginous bodies within the joint cavity.

Generally, it affects patients over the age of 50 years, with equal incidence in both sexes.
