There is a large ill-defined lobulated intraperitoneal soft tissue mass with central necrosis and heterogeneous enhancement, centered on the right iliac fossa measuring 19 x 8 x 7 cm and displacing the adjacent digestive structures. It shows an extension through the inguinal canal up to the scrotum with encasement of the inferior epigastric vessels.
Case Discussion
CT features of a soft tissue mass centered on the right iliac fossa with downward extension through the inguinal canal with encasement of the inferior epigastric vessels, biopsy proven as a monophasic synovial sarcoma.
