Round subpleural lesion in the right lower lobe (RLL), several smaller subpleural lesions in the lingula.
Hepatosplenomegaly.
Two small hypodense subcapsular lesions in hepatic segment VIII.
Multiple round hypodense lesions scattered throughout the spleen.
