There is transverse disruption of T7/T8 vertebra with anterior and right lateral shift of T7 on T8. There are left T1-T8 transverse processes fractures.

Posterior rod and screw internal fixation from T5-T10.
Case Discussion
The patient was taken to theater and underwent fusion of thoracic spine with internal fixation by posterior approach and laminectomy and reduction T5-T10. Surprisingly, the patient had full lower limb function intact postoperatively.
