Presentation

Work up for pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

A large cyst without any solid or abnormal enhancing component was seen behind the rectum in presacral space. Its diameters are 58×44×61 mm, and its attenuation valves measured 7HU.

A 30 mm intramural mass was noted in the uterine body inferring fibroid.

Case Discussion

Retrorectal unilocular non-enhanced cystic lesion is most likely compatible with tailgut duplication cyst.
