Takayasu renal arteritis

Her ultrasound images showed a small left kidney. MR urography confirmed a small left kidney and normal sized right kidney. MR aortography showed narrowed left renal artery and aortic involvement.
Case Discussion
The combination of abdominal aortic stenosis with renal artery involvement and hypertension suggests mid-aortic syndrome.
