Case Discussion
Lateral radiograph of the right foot shows that the long axes of the talus and calcaneus are nearly parallel. The longitudinal arch is abnormally high. AP radiograph of the right foot shows abnormally narrow talocalcaneal angle, with severe adduction and supination of the forefoot.
Features are consistent with talipes equinovarus.
