Talonavicular joint dislocation

These foot and ankle x-rays demonstrate a talonavicular joint dislocation in the right foot. The navicular bone demonstrates a proximal intra-articular fracture which is impacted, and is displaced medially in relation to the anterior process of the talus.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates a dislocation of the talonavicular joint, with the navicular displaced medially with respect to the anterior process of the talus. The dislocation was reduced under sedation and this patient went on to have outpatient orthopedic follow up.
