There is a focal area of abnormal white matter signal intensity displaying bright signal in T2 and FLAIR seen in the left frontal lobe with associated cortical thickening and blurred grey/white matter junction.
Features are consistent with type II focal cortical dysplasia, according to Blumcke classification (Taylor dysplasia).
Moderate narrowing of the postnasal space due to enlarged adenoids.
