Left fronto-parietal subacute subdural fluid collection exhibits bright signal in T1, T2 and FLAIR denoting subacute blood.
Well circumscribed rounded tectal mass displays iso signal in T1, bright signal in T2 and FLAIR without enhancement in post contrast study. VP shunt tube is seen in situ.
Diagnosis: Tectal glioma and traumatic subacute subdural hematoma
