Temporal lobe radionecrosis

The right temporal lobe demonstrates increased T2 signal predominantly in the white matter with minimal enhancement. MRS demonstrates preserved choline / NAA but an increase in lipid / lactate peaks.

The imaging features of radionecrosis are variable and depend both on timing, dose and individual patients.
